The Amazon Network for Integrated Fire Management (RAMIF) is a regional technical cooperation mechanism of the Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization (ACTO) that strengthens the capacities of its eight Member Countries in the prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery related to forest fires in the Amazon.

By integrating innovative technologies, traditional knowledge, and scientific expertise, RAMIF has consolidated itself as a platform for coordination that promotes sustainable practices, reduces the impacts of fire, and strengthens the integrated and resilient management of Amazonian territories.

Through its actions, RAMIF contributes significantly to the protection of the largest contiguous tropical biome on the planet, positioning itself as a strategic multilateral cooperation tool to advance toward a safer, more sustainable, and more resilient Amazonian future.
